From the artists of T-shirt Opera Company who brought you Opera Unmasked last year, join us for an evening of songs suited for the seaside. This beautiful program features an array of opera arias and art songs all tied to lakes, rivers, ponds and, of course, the ocean. Everything from the Pirates of Penzance to the Pearl Fishers coupled with songs by the likes of Strauss, Schubert and Fauré, be ready to dive into a world of mermaids, aquatic creatures, great ships and sunrises on the water. Showcasing some of Victoria’s finest emerging classical singers, By the Water will come ashore on February 27th at 6pm in the 2025 Flinders Fringe.
